Bond terms:
One or two weeks £200 /Three or four weeks £300 /Over four weeks £500 .
The bond is held by us until after you have completed your rental term and the local agent has had the opportunity to check the property. You can also lodge the security bond with the local agent at the time of your arrival and the bond will be returned to you by the agent on the day you leave once the agent is satisfied there are no losses or damage.
The bond is held against any damage, serious breakages, lost keys or additional cleaning that may be required, following your rental term. We supply a telephone and include the cost of local calls only.

Meet & Greet
If required, flights into Orlando International airport will be met at car hire company. Whereupon escorted to property, on arrival a brief tour of property and amenities will take place, at a supplementary cost of $25.00.
If required, flights into Sandford airport will be met outside the airport as you cross over the road. Whereupon escorted to property, on arrival a brief tour of property and amenities will take place, at a supplementary cost of $75.00.

Welcome Pack
For a supplementary $30,00, a welcome pack containing the following will be waiting for you on arrival:
